Time flies...

I love this company, but my life is not allowed to stay here for long unless some unexpected offer.

The working atmosphere is not good here, most of the people has no spirit on their jobs, or I should say no passion on their life. They enjoy to work regularly with tiny pay but no refresh their mind to upgrade themselves. Their believe whatever output out of the job list is a lost.

Therefore, here is a heaven to recover my life. All the wars or arguments in here are just kindergarten. It provides a lot of warm up for me to fight in a real world.

I believe a bird really need to fly once the feather is ready, otherwise it never knows how beautiful of the sky.

Good excerise

Happy to have a schoolmate-GM

Eric is my boss's boss, the GM of this company. I love to talk with him because every conversation I can also learn something from him. But due to the company reconstruction and merge with other branch, I didn't talk with him for a long time neither from work nor break time. Last night we finally had a talk because he wanted to say thank you to me for my hard working from last Saturday. Of course mouse has no reason to reject because of his vainglory and greed.

During our conversation, we had ever shared our overseas experience from young, because we both studied in Canada Toronto. But! What I just knew is that he studied in the same college as me, which calls Bronte College! What's a coincidence! He was about the first generation student in Bronte, around 3 years earlier than me. But the circumstance is much more different. He and his friends are smart, ambitious, energetic and rich in Bronte, therefore his experience is much more and wider. No doubt that attitude of a person is not because of circumstance, but circumstance can stimulate a person to grow. This is another evidence to prove that, "If you did what you always does, you will get what you always get".

If my calculation is not that bad, it can prove that he is not older than me more than 3 years. But what his experience is so different with me. He did work in some giant companies for some important position, traveled overseas to establish new business. Life for him is always challenging and changing, but he still can overcome and absorb it. I can't imagine if that was me, how can I suffer in this big ocean. Obviously, what I can see is that a correct attitude is built by a strong foundation of spirit which I was totally lack of in my young childhood.

He is also an open-mind person. He did share some company strategy and evaluated some colleague's characteristic with us. He is not afraid to tell us some sensitive topics because he already knew that what we will think after we know. This is a good move to tell something "secret" to your friends or colleagues or followings if you can handle the "secret" already.

We had a very nice talk last night for around 3 hours. I hope this is not the last time we talk, because it inspires mouse a lot and also this is good for mouse’s career relationship.

Be big, be healthy

If you have a dream, try to set it as big as possible. I believe no one can be perfect, that's mean no one can 100% make their dream come true. What we can do is, dream whatever we like and try our best to make it happened. Even though we can only complete 70%, once we look back, it is already more than we expected.

Be big, be healthy, I will go jogging again at 6am tomorrow morning.

Amazing striped icebergs.

Icebergs in the Antarctic area sometimes have stripes, formed by layers of snow that react to different conditions.

Blue stripes are often created when a crevice in the ice sheet fills up with meltwater and freezes so quickly that no bubbles form.

When an iceberg falls into the sea, a layer of salty seawater can freeze to the underside. If this is rich in algae, it can form a green stripe.

Brown, black and yellow lines are caused by sediment, picked up when the ice sheet grinds downhill towards the sea.

One day I cleaned up my hotmail I read these articles and photos again, I really don't want to delete this mail because this is sooo beautiful and amazing. I swear I would like to visit this heaven one day in my life. Please, I beg to our wealthy people please stop damaging our world and let me see this place one day. Thanks.

Friday Friday~

Work is waiting for off work, every week is waiting for Friday. And today is waiting for 5:00pm!

Happy to have a R&D-manager-enemy

Allen is R&D manager who works here around 1.5 years, almost the same time as mine. He is a pretty short guy around 1.56m height, short leg, big head, big belly, always eats a lot of things during meal time. By the way, I would like to clarify that I don't have any intention to insult his appearance; I just want to describe it in detail so that I can remember one of my best opponent here.

He is an arrogant, stubborn, chicken-heart, lazy, lack of multi-task skill and management skill person. Everyone can see all these elements during meeting. At the beginning of some meeting or conversation, arrogant will show up in his face only in a very short period, but due to his lack of multi-task and management skill, all of the evidences from his speech were too weak which were always objected by other person. But stubborn will lead him to show an angry face pretending that he was right. Unfortunately, this method is only worked if you are a babe or pretty girl but not an little ugly short guy. Nobody was being tricked and kept objecting him. Once he knew the trick didn't work, chicken-heart and lazy will show up without other solution or just pretended to agree with people.

He is also a low EQ person; E-mail is a media for us to communicate, but also this is a media for boss to monitor and evaluate their staffs. One time I sent a polite humble with a little invasive E-mail for him to feedback the progress, don't know why he just totally piss off and complain of me why asking so detail and why is only him. To be a highly educated person of course I won't fight with him via E-mail, but I did spread my innocent attitude to my supervisor and colleague to have their vote. This is a no ended argument but I believe most of the people would be on my side and he will not stay too long.

Thank you very much Allen otherwise I don't have a clown to play with.

Happy to have a supervisor-friend

Lewis is my supervisor in this company, but he is also one of my best friend in here. We can share any ideas any topics we like without any boundary. He will concentrate on what I want to explain and feedback about his opinion. He will also share his experience may be that is kind of secret.

One of the reason we are so close because he is not that smart. We are developing our brain in the same direction same level coincidently, so that we can share a lot of ideas which are kind of the same. I mean idea not experience. I can see that he is not a cunning supervisor who like to build up relationship by using trick.

No matter what is the idea from behide. I am happy to keep this relationship even though I am going to leave...

Many times I feel myself always choose the middle path or so call safe path for my life. If something is really bad of course I will never touch it, but something is really good I am also afraid to contact it. I am afraid to take risk, I am afraid to lose...

12th anniversary Hong Kong handover

Today is the 12th anniversary Hong Kong handover to China. Many many changes from Hong Kong and also Hong Kong mouse.

12 years ago I was just 16 years old in form 4 secondary school. No goal, no dream, played computer games and watched comics everyday, stayed in my narrow world whole day, tried to concentrate on study but never going to happen, played with schoolmate but learning nothing, believed everyone is working for me but not I work for everyone, believed everyone should come over to adulate me but not I adulate everyone.

Stupid me still haven't grown up at that time, wasting so many time in my life. Of course I can't say that I did grow up a lot now, but I can only say that I didn't waste every single time in my life. I do gain something from certain area from every second. Right now, 10am in China office, all Hong Kong mice were gone except me, nothing to do at all, but I gain money. :P:P
