Thank you for P&S

Dear all my friend-colleagues,

May be not many people know that I am going to leave, but yes, my last day would be 17th Feb.

Because most of you guys are get ready for CNY and may leave earlier before the holiday, I would like to take this time to say thank you to all of you who did support me during these 2 years. We have shared both pro and con, but all with good experiences to me and hope that would be the same to you…

This is a hard decision for me to decide to leave P&S, it is because I already get used to the culture here and here is a part of my life. I enjoy working with you guys because we all understand what we have to do, I can really feel the sense of “team spirit” when I am working with you guys.

I hope some day in the future, we still can have chance to meet or work together. Here is my personal contact; please feel free to find me for anything (but not about P&S work!!).^^

Dear all F colleagues,

Thank you very much for training me to know more about this cruel world. I suffer a lot but I understand a lot as well. I understand world won't be rotated along myself, but only I rotate along the world. We are too little to change the world, we have to do what we capable to do.

There is a lot of frustration and anger in the past, right now I just found that is all just about I didn't see though the whole situation and can't control my emotion, all of our action and reaction actually is just about care or not care, worth to do or not worth to do, nothing should be happy or angry at all.

I did think again as a third party should I quit this co.. The answer is YES. I still have to quit as soon as possible. One of the reason is I can't learn more in here, the problem is all just about the same keep repeating. I can't learn more from management point of view as well, because what they are doing is not using the power of management skill to control the situation but only just spending their time and effort to solve the problem by themselves one-by-one. What that mean is the more they growth, the more work they will suffer. I don't want to be like this, I don't want to be a millionaire without time to enjoy my life. Thirdly, this co. is over care about their money, I can forecast no matter how well of my performance, my salary increment won't be more than 10% within next 2 years, which is not even enough to overcome the inflation.

Therefore, I have to leave. I have to fight again. I believe that I am not just belonged to this tiny world.

Somehow I would like to say thanks to my manager at Manulife. He taught me a lot of things of how to develop my brain and how to infect other brains, he placed me in a dilemma for many times, he demonstrated to me a real two-face society, he also gave me lots of bad sleep during thinking about my weird career path continuously.

He really made me grown up a lot, I want to return my greetings to him by showing how well I can survive after I left Manulife.

Here is the summary I still remember from him.

1. If you think you are not that smart but you have the spirit to become rich, the easiest way is to join rich people group or just copy their attitude and habit blindly.

2. We never know how to complete a task from step 1 and then jump into step 10, but we have to know how to complete a task from step 1 to step 5, and then step 5 to step 10.

3. If you try to approach a client or a girl, don't ever think just being a friend at the beginning. If you keep this relationship for long, you can just be a friend to them.

4. Try to remember as much as possible about your client or your girl, no matter how tiny it is or how useless it is, because we never know we may use this information some day. Any of their characteristic and habit and decoration can also be a connection to your goal.

懒人多屎尿

During this period I only worked as a lazy man. Shit and pee around 3~4 times in the morning and pee again 3~4 times in the afternoon, then it is almost off work for a day.

Lucky Super didn't forward too much work for me now may be he understood that I can follow it as a completed Chinese mice mode, I can perform this attitude much more better than Chinese mice, because I understand more then they do.

Anyways, work hard play hard. I deserve it.

No pain no gain

This is time to plan for my own life seriously...

I believe my cells are all excited about to demonstrate my brilliant, creative, stunning and smart ideas to the world. They are all ready to show off. They are all ready to tell everyone that who is "WONG SING MAN"

New world in our planet

After reading a novel, "Der Schwarm", I have much more interest about the world under our world. "正常出自於異常, 出於差異" (Normal is standardized from chaos, from tolerance), our civilization is only a very short period comparing with our planet age. Therefore, we are never the absoluate right from the truth, we are only right in our civilzation. To learn how to learn is always ture.

It's freezing

These days are freezing both Hong Kong and China, many cities in China have snow for couple of days as well. After Hong Kong mouse fed himself and off worked it was just about 6pm, then mouse walked slowly, quietly and lonely back to his own tiny cage. Bath is the first regular action for him when steps into it, then what normally he can do is just about watching tv, internet chatting and reading books. All activities are doing by sitting and less move, freezing breath keeps attacking little weak mouse.

Freezing is not only coming from the climate but also from inside of little mouse. He is going to quit his job very soon but his career path is not yet clear. He dares to run away from protection because he believes he is capable to gain more and learn more. On the other side, he still feels confused not just because he needs to fight in chaos but also the balance of life. A 28 year old mouse can only decide everything by his little brain slowly, quietly and lonely.

Connection

Recently I am reading a novel "Der Schwarm" and I have watched a movie "Avatar" few weeks ago , both of them also talk about how we communicate with the space or different races. Only understanding can create a decision for mutual benefit. If we act only followed by our greedy and arrogant, it must be failed in someday.

World is full of discrimination. All the noblest and expensive products are just a symbol to classify people, to stop the communication to understand more. It is just like a sign to say that, "don't come in if you are not the same level."

Hope people can talk by using their brain and mouth, instead of just carry as much as meaningless signs on their object to inform that they are cool.

China friends

I am seldom to talk closely with china colleagues. But within these weeks my willing-to-quit attitude and have no more hope to work, I am trying to meet some china colleages and talk closely with them as if a farewell party. Of course not every china mouse will fit my appetite, but those mice I want to talk with really can broaden my F mind. They are experienced in china, they talk a lot of different styles and cultures in china which is very useful in my life.

Be honest their logic is not international, they don't have a global mind set for this earth, but they have a huge information about chaos messy china which is very useful for me to step into it. May be I am considering to visit their hometown sometimes to explore more and looking for chance in business.

A long cough for 1 week

There is a saying in china, "A wealthy people always got a weak body". But I am sure that I am definitely not a rich man, why my coughing still cannot be recovered for a week, even I am having medicines from doctor.

Last night cannot have an easy sleep as well. Although I got medicines and felt sleepy, kept coughing for 30mins made me cannot sleep completely.

If God wants me to have a weak body, please also provide wealth to me as well. Thank you.
