Namo cake

Finally mother is running away from me. It is so call success.

The Mille-feuille taste super good. It is dry but savory, crisp but soft. After the first bite, I can feel my saliva flooding all over the layers, melting and sucking all the flavours into my taste buds, allow me to feel the great success.

Together with foamy cream may not be the best choice, but it still can be an acceptable accessory to delicate my art work.

The mango testes good but the shape is not good enough, it can't inspire appetite.

我家三個人的意見.....
整體是沒味道,
酥皮十分鬆化,有牛油香.
但cream可以多D , 點D.
芒果就算唔甜都要酸,
或者加些果醬來加味,
大小是合適.
酥皮是成功了, 其他要繼續努力.
