Waiting in peace

Today is the last day for stock checking, most of the mice has nothing to do but only wait for going back home, either do I.

In this 3 days as if I am staying in a library rather than an office. People just concentrate on their work or personal work, we don't have eye contact or communication at all. I don't mind we don't have communication in a busy day, but I care we still don't have contact in a free day. That's what I hate the culture in here. Actually this is what I can feel too in the first month I came. A company without cohesion can never be success for sure, that is why a pre-successful person don't like to stay for long.

The need for every person in every moment is different, so at this moment I am still happy to stay in a library with pay to learn whatever I want to learn until the time is come.

I was in the pub yesterday when I suddenly realized I desperately needed to fart.

The music was really, really loud, so I timed my farts with the beat.

After a couple of songs, I started to feel better. I finished my pint and noticed

that everybody was staring at me. Then I suddenly remembered that I was listening to my iPod.

Continue in peace

Today is another peace day, chatting, browsing, farting in office has no more interest at all, I am trying to read book in the office about Máo Zédōng.

I read about him not because he is to one to establish "People's republic of China" or close to the National Day. I have read about him since 3 months ago due to the boringness in my room. I want to know how insane of this person and how this devil mind develops.

We always talk about balance, devil materials is always the best substance to neutralize peace.

Working in peace

Today is the first today for stocking checking in our factory. Due to the National Day is following, so there is a very long holiday for most of the chinese mice. A lot of mice take annual leave today until finish the National Day at 6th Oct, therefore not much mice in factory now. It feels so quite and peace.

A pacificist like me is always supporting this atmosphere. I was just sitting in my chair in peace, reading web site in peace, learning thai alphabet in peace, chatting msn in peace and farting in peace. Everything are in harmony.

Time flies, it is the time to have dinner in peace.

Timing

Last night I just watched an episode, the guy talked about everything was about "Timing". He said, "One day when you feel hungry and grab an apple from apple tree, it tastes sour not because the apple itself not good, it about you are too early to grab it."

Very ture. There are too much many subjective decisions about this world indeed. As a project engineer supposes to control as much as possible around him but unfortunately "Timing" is actually controlling him. We can't do anything unless we keep grabing another apple until it tastes good or we just have an apple juice with sugar indeed. Many alternatives we can choose according to our imagination, but please don't just stand up and keep yelling, "Why apple is so sour!"

I feel happy here is not because this company is not F anymore, it just because today is Friday and I can leave it soon. All about "Timing"...

Drinking night

Last night went out for some bbq snacks and met some factory mice in the restaurant. They are very nice and want to sit together for a talk. We talked, we ate, we drank, I did drink more than expected. Around 2 hours later, they were still not trying to leave, I said I want to go back earlier because I am kind of daze. So they paid for the bill and back together with me.

A person who keeps his Thai gene for 28 years and right now is trying to release them. Hope he can make use of his congenital talent and environmental support to get back this long-lost treasure.

Happy to have a ex-colleague-brother

Son is my ex-colleague from FF. He is a very nice guy with high EQ. He could be very easy to get close with some first met people. I think this is also the main reason he still can keep a long relationship with those subjective and stubborn people like me...

I met him since around 4 years ago in FF. At that moment he was a co-op student, as an arrogant colleague, I tried to teach him as much as possible from my limited 2 years working experiences. May be our age is quite close and the attitude is pretty much the same, we have fun to work and stay together to pass through the routine and boring life in FF. He is a good audience, everytime when I shared my experience with him, most of the time he just listened and questioned, rarely point out some subjective opinions to reject me. Therefore my pride was growing up day by day, thinking that my tenets are all correct.

Always tell the truth to your friends is not always the best way to help them, it may stimulate negative feedback if they are not munificent enough to accept your opinion. Knows how to step back and agree with them first is important to have their trust, then try to explain to them from another best moment. This is what I got stunned about these days, I always think that I am the one to teach him how to develop our life but there are a lot I should also learn from him. How to build and keep a relationship he is a really an expert. He can simply talk with any kind of people like a family greeting, but I was just like debating or arguing all the time.

"海納百川, 有容乃大; 壁立千仞, 無欲則剛." I think this is what I lack of and this is what I should learn about. Things have no absolute right or wrong, or I can say I have no the absolute ability to justify the right and wrong at this moment. What I should do right now is to forget all the bad memories from the past and accept any different kind of new ideas as the Ocean which can contain all the water from rivers, so that we can have a wider vision to understand the right. I should also put down all the greed and aiming to my goal to make my spirit as hard as the cliff which can suffer any kind of waves.

He is not that one to teach me how to walk in my life, but he is the one to open the door names "humbleness".

Really disappointed in this company...

Customer is kind of stubborn on some ideal case, technical team has no technical at all on their specialist, production team has no leader to lead the progress...what I can do is only followed the flow and show my best to company within the limited office hour. This is so called "Hea 做".

Happy Friday

Working on this week is mentally happy because only work for 4 days, everything goes fast and didn't think too much. The longer I stay here, the more I feel nothing can gain from here except money, that's why I am trying to study some dessert recipes for my long term education and hobby. May be this is another way to earn more money as I do here.

Knowledge in life development point of view is not about how good on particular specialist, it is about how many abilities we can control from different areas and make a crossover or fusion to create another new area.

Here we go

Woke up at 7:30am with sleepy eyes, eating rolled cake and checking my facebook. And then make a phone call for my admin. colleague with slow and coughed voice and cunning eyes and said, "I am sick today..."
